This recipe is absolutely amazing! The toasted crispy sour dough bread pairs greatly with the soft, creamy cheeses. I started by mixing the mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, and garlic in a bowl. Next I drained and added in the spinach and artichokes. Instead of buttering the outsides of my bread I use mayo instead because it gets the bread nice and crispy, but you can use butter if you want. I spread the mixture onto the bread and toasted it in a pan until the bread was golden. This sandwich is a great way to spice up your lunch and make a grilled cheese even more tasty. This sandwich is incredible!!! Anyone that loves grilled cheese and spinach artichoke dip will go crazy over this recipe, YUM!!!!
