I made these amazingly rich and fluffy sweet rolls for Mother's Day and my family loved them! They are like cinnamon rolls, but also have a chocolate filling. They are an excellent combination. I started by mixing the milk, yeast and two tablespoons of sugar together in a bowl, I then covered it for five minutes. I next added the rest of the sugar, the eggs, butter, salt, and one cup of flour. Once combined, I added in the remaining flour. As soon as the dough was done I kneaded for another three minutes. I oiled my bowl and let the dough rise in it for around an hour. (I covered the bowl with plastic wrap). While it rose, I greased my pan and made the filling. I mixed the butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla together. I then punched down my dough and rolled it out. I spread the filling on the dough and then sprinkled the chopped chocolate on top. I added some chopped pecans on part of the dough, too. I rolled it up and cut it into 12 rolls. I placed them in the pan and let them rise. I preheated the oven while they rose and once they finished I baked them for around 26 minutes. While they cooled I mixed together the espresso icing. I poured it on top and served them. They were amazing! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe

Do not be intimidated by this recipe just because it's a pie crust. Trust me it is amazing and it only takes a little extra time. (It is way better than store bought) I started by mixing the flour and salt to together in a bowl. I then added the butter and shortening in. I then cut the butter and shortening into small pieces with my pastry cutter. Once finished I added the cold water little by little mixing it each time. Once I had in a clump I transferred to a floured work surface I split them in half and made disks with them. I wrapped them in plastic wrap and refrigerated them for 2 hours. When I was done I rolled them out into 11 inch. disks and now they were ready for pies. I hope you enjoyed this recipe and you can use these crusts for any pies. I recommend making Magical Chocolate Pie or Hoosier Pie (Chocolate and Pecan Pie) with this crust.

To my mom for helping. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Picture 1- Step 1, Picture 2-Step 2, Picture 3- Step 3 This is a recipe I made on my own with a little inspiration from the Internet. There are many different ways to do it, too. How to Make Eva's 3 Minute Breakfast Burrito: Ingredients: 🍳 A flour tortilla (You can do a burrito sized tortilla if you want a bigger serving or you can do a fajita sized tortilla for a smaller size) 🍳 1-3 eggs (depending on the size of tortilla) 🍳1/4 cup of some cheese of your choice (I usually use shredded mozzarella) 🍳 Meat of your choice about 2 slices (I usually use ham) 🍳 Seasonings- Salt, and Pepper to taste 🍳 If you want you can add whatever else you want (Ex. Green Peppers, Bacon, special seasonings, mushrooms, onions) Ratio: Big Breakfast Burrito (Burrito size) / Small Breakfast Burrito (Fajita size) Burrito Size Tortilla / Fajita Size Tortilla 2-3 Eggs / 1-2 Eggs 1/2 cup of cheese / 1/4 of a cup of cheese About 2 small slices of meat / About 4 small slices of meat Salt and Pepper to taste / Salt and Pepper to taste What ever else you want / What ever else you want Directions: 1. First melt about 1 teaspoon of oil or butter in pan at medium heat. (10in. pan if you are making a fajita size, 12in. if you are making a burrito size). 2. Then whisk your eggs in a cup, pour the eggs on to the skillet. 3. Next put a tortilla on top of the eggs. 4. As soon at the egg is cooked (You can check by sticking the spatula under the egg and seeing if it is still runny if it is keep cooking it) flip it over. Now the egg is facing up and the tortilla on the bottom on the pan 5. Put meat, cheese, veggies, seasonings and anything else you want on top. 6. Then you fold it. There are 2 ways to fold it. One is just fold it in half like a taco or the second option is to fold a 3rd of it inward and then the other 3rd inward. 7. When you finish folding and you tortilla is to desired crunchiness, you can put it on a plate and serve. Enjoy! I started out by making the crust. Then I started on the batter. I just wanted to note that you should be extra careful when taking the butter and chocolate out of the microwave because it gets very hot. When I was done baking them I started the meringue. I thought that this part was actually really easy and I enjoyed making it. Finally I was ready to pipe. I did not have the same piping tip as her so I used a plastic Ziploc bag. They were extra good when I toasted the tops them so I highly recommend them. Credits and recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping My dad for torching the cupcakes.
