This recipe is so good! If you haven't had it before, Crab Rangoon is an American-Chinese appetizer. They are little crispy fried pieces of dough with a crab and scallion filling inside. I made them for the Lunar New Year, but you can make them for any occasion. I started by mixing the cream cheese and crab meat together. Make sure the cream cheese is room temperature otherwise it won't mix well. I used imitation crab meat for this recipe but if you have real crab you should use that. I then mixed in the scallions, minced garlic, grated ginger, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and sesame oil (or olive oil). Next I added in the sugar, I recommend adding in 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon more if you like them a little sweeter. I then took my wonton wrappers and brushed some water on the outside edges. Next I put about one tablespoon of the filling in the middle. You can fold these however you want, but I took each corner and folded in to the middle. (See picture at the top) I then sprayed them with a bit of oil and fried them in my air fryer at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. If you don't have an air fryer, you can always fry them in a pan with oil until there crispy and golden. Finally buy or make some Sweet and Sour Sauce to dip them in and serve them. Enjoy! This was a quick and delicious treat that is a perfect appetizer for any occasion! I started by melting half a stick of butter in my pan. I then added the flour, stirring it until combined. Next I added in the milk. salt, pepper, and paprika. Then I added in two cups of cheddar cheese. After that I added my cheese sauce to 2 cups of cooked macaroni. I then added it to a greased pan with parchment paper and froze the mac and cheese for about 2 hours. Afterwards I cut the mac and cheese into little cubes and rolled them in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs. I fried the bites in a pan until crispy and browned a little. I cooled them then served them. They were delicious! I can't wait to make them again sometime soon. Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe This bread is so simple and tasty! I loved making it and my family enjoyed eating it. I started by prepping my pan and preheating the oven. I mixed the eggs and buttermilk together. Next, I whisked the dry ingredients together and then using the pastry cutter I cut the butter into it. I added in the sun dried tomatoes and cheese. Next I slowly added in the buttermilk mixture and mixed until everything was combined. I poured the batter into the pan and baked it for about 47 minutes. It was so delicious and would be the perfect treat to go with soup or just for fun! I hope you try it some time soon. Credits and Recipe Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe This bagel recipe is so delicious and easy. It is especially good with Everything Bagel seasoning on top of the bagels. I started by adding 1/2 a cup of the warm water yeast and sugar together, then covering it and letting it rest for five minutes. I then mixed the flour and salt in a bowl and added the water and the water mixture. Once it was mixed, I floured my surface and kneaded the dough on it for about 10 minutes. I next oiled my bowl and put the dough in it to rest for an hour. Once the dough was finished rising, I punched the dough down and let it rest another 10 minutes. Then I cut it into 8 pieces, I shaped them into a bagel shape using the technique the recipe explains. As soon as all of the balls were done I placed them on my cookie sheet. Now that they were all shaped, I put them on a cookie sheet, covered them with a damp towel and let them rest a little bit. While they rested I preheated the oven. I also boiled a pot of water. Then I boiled the bagels for a couple of seconds on each side and put them on the pan. Finally I brushed them with the egg wash and sprinkled some everything bagel seasoning on them. I then baked them for about 22 minutes. They were amazing! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping and for my aunt for sharing the recipe with me. Recipe This recipe is AMAZING! It is a great and fun challenge, but trust me it is definitely worth it! I started by whisking the warm water, yeast, and sugar together in my mixer bowl. I let it sit for five minutes. Then I added the oil, salt, and flour. I beat it together. I next put it on a floured surface and kneaded it. As soon as the dough was ready (it bounces back when you touch it) I put it in an oiled bowl and let it rise. About an hour later I preheated the oven and prepped two pans. Now that the dough was done rising, I punched it down and split in half. Then I rolled out the dough. I brushed it with melted butter and garlic. I sprinkled it with parsley on top. I next layered the meats and cheese. (I used salami and ham for the meat and mozzarella cheese). Once I had done all of that on both pieces of dough I rolled them up, sealed them, put them on the pan, and brushed them with egg wash. I cut slits in the top and sprinkled salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and some dried Italian seasoning. I baked them for 25 minutes. I cooled them and served the Stromboli. They were marvelous! This is one of the best recipes ever!

One of the new recipes I made this year was homemade cranberry sauce. This is one good recipe and it was pretty simple. I started by zesting a cutie (instead of an orange) and I used orange juice because it's easier. I next rinsed the fresh Wisconsin cranberries and set one cup aside because I was doubling this recipe. Next I combined the rest of the cranberries, water, orange juice, and brown sugar. Once it came to a simmer, I turned the heat down and let it cook for about 10 minutes. I then took it off the heat and I added the vanilla, extra cranberries, and orange zest. It was so delicious! Hope you are doing well and because it is Thanksgiving, I am posting some recipes of the different things that I made this year. This roll recipe is AMAZING. It's buttery and flakey and everything you would want in a roll. I started out by making the tangzhong. (Water roux) I added 1/3 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk to a small pan that was on medium heat. After about 2 minutes it was the right texture so I added it to my mixer. I next warmed the rest of milk and I added the yeast. I mixed it and waited for it to foam. As it foamed I added the sour cream, sugar, salt, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of butter, and the rest of the flour. (Because I did not have bread flour, I used 4 cups of all-purpose and 1 cup of wheat flour. Also for the tangzhong I used just all-purpose flour). Once the yeast mixture finished foaming I also added it to my mixer then I mixed it all together until it was combined. I then made it into a smooth ball and I put it in a bowl. I sealed it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 1/2 hours. While it rose I buttered two pans with 2 tablespoons of butter. (Because I was making this on Thanksgiving, my 13x9 pan was being used for another dish so I just found two other pans that would fit the rolls in them). I then punched down the dough after it finished rising. Next I turned the dough on to a floured surface and I stretched it out onto a square. I used my hands and a rolling pin to stretch it out into a 6x16 inch rectangle. I sprinkled the chives onto the dough sheet then I rolled it all up again. I rolled out the dough again and cut 2x2 inch square pieces. (I did not have exactly 24 and that was fine). I formed the rolls and put them in the pans. I let them rise and I preheated the oven at the end of their rising time. I whisked the remaining egg and brushed on top. Finally I sprinkled some salt and pepper on top and I baked it. I brushed some melted butter on top and then I plated them. They were delicious! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe This is a fancy yet very easy appetizer. My family and I enjoyed it as a fun snack on Thanksgiving. I started by preheating the oven and prepping my pan. I then unrolled the dough and cut it into two squares. (I used crescent rolls). I then cut the corners off the squares and sliced the cheese in half lengthwise. I put the cheese down in the center of one of the squares then I spread some of my homemade Cranberry Sauce and some chopped pecans on it. I then put the remaining dough on top and pinched the corners so it wouldn't leak. Then in honor of Thanksgiving I made a turkey with the extra dough on top. Finally I brushed the egg wash on and I baked it for about 25 minutes. I served with apple slices. It was very fancy and delicious. I hope you make this amazing and simple recipe sometime soon! I started out by prepping the pans .I then mixed the flour, (I used regular because it is ok for dogs, it just has no nutritional value) eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt. I added some extra flour and I chilled it a little so the texture would be a little bit more workable for me. I used a small cup to cut out small circles. I then put them on the pan and I baked them. He loved them and I hope that your dog likes them, too! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. Fried tortilla chips in a delicious tomato soup, yes please! I started by frying the onion and garlic in a pan. Once golden brown I added them to my blender and I blended it with the tomatoes. I next poured the broth into a pot with tomato mixture in it. I then let it simmer for 30 minutes. Once it was done I fried the tortilla strips and an I drained them on paper towels. I next fried the chile peppers for a couple of seconds. I drained them too and put them in serving bowls. I served the soup with the other toppings (lime juice and queso fresco) and it was SO good! I definitely want to make it again and I hope you want to try it, too! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping.
