This recipe is absolutely amazing! The toasted crispy sour dough bread pairs greatly with the soft, creamy cheeses. I started by mixing the mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cream cheese, and garlic in a bowl. Next I drained and added in the spinach and artichokes. Instead of buttering the outsides of my bread I use mayo instead because it gets the bread nice and crispy, but you can use butter if you want. I spread the mixture onto the bread and toasted it in a pan until the bread was golden. This sandwich is a great way to spice up your lunch and make a grilled cheese even more tasty. You should definitely try it soon! Thanks to my mom for helping and to Terri for sharing the recipe. Recipe

Happy Halloween! This was recipe was so good and so easy too! We had it for brunch on Halloween, but it would be great on Thanksgiving morning or any fall day. I started by taking my loaf of bread and then cutting up each slice into one inch pieces. I sprayed my 9x13 in. pan with cooking spray and put the bread in it. I next put the bread pieces in my oven at 300° to dry it out or you could also let it sit out for a day. While it was in the oven (for about ten minutes), I mixed together the pumpkin. eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar. Once I got it out of the oven. I poured the mixture on top of it. I next covered it and put it in my fridge to soak over night. The next morning I made the crumble by mixing the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter. I cut small pieces of butter into the mixture with a pastry blender and added the pecans while my oven preheated. Finally I baked it, cooled it, then served. It was so delicious and I hope you try it soon too! Credits Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe I don't know if you have heard about it, but there was a baked Feta pasta trend online and everyone was making this really yummy and easy recipe. (It was popular a while ago, but I am just getting to posting about it now). You start out with some cherry tomatoes, I used about 6 oz. I washed them and then added them to a lasagna pan. I then stuck an 8 oz. block of Feta cheese in the middle of the tomatoes (you can also use crumbled Feta). I sprinkled some salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes on top, then drizzled on some olive oil. I also topped it with some minced garlic. I baked it around 400° in my oven until the tomatoes are nicely roasted. While it baked, I cooked 14 oz. of pasta. (It can be whatever type you want, I used Penne pasta). Once the tomatoes and feta are done you have two choices. You can just mix it together in your pan and add the fresh pasta or you can put the tomatoes and feta in a blender and blend it until smooth. Next put the sauce back into the pan with the pasta. Finally, I plated it and it was delicious!!!! I put a picture above of the recipe I made that when I didn't blend the sauce. I also found another amazing baked pasta recipe on the Internet that I just had to try- Baked Macaroni and Cheese! It sounds kind of strange, but trust me it is easy and delicious. I started by spraying my lasagna pan with cooking spray. I then put a block of cheddar cheese in the middle. I added enough uncooked macaroni along the edges to cover the pan. I then poured milk and water on to the macaroni until it was almost covered. I sprinkled it with salt, pepper, and some more cheese. I baked it uncovered at 400° until the macaroni was cooked (around 40 minutes) and the cheese was melted. I mixed it together and served it. The texture turns out great from only baking the macaroni noodles in the oven. It was absolutely wonderful! Credits: Thanks to my mom for helping me. This recipe is AMAZING! It is a great and fun challenge, but trust me it is definitely worth it! I started by whisking the warm water, yeast, and sugar together in my mixer bowl. I let it sit for five minutes. Then I added the oil, salt, and flour. I beat it together. I next put it on a floured surface and kneaded it. As soon as the dough was ready (it bounces back when you touch it) I put it in an oiled bowl and let it rise. About an hour later I preheated the oven and prepped two pans. Now that the dough was done rising, I punched it down and split in half. Then I rolled out the dough. I brushed it with melted butter and garlic. I sprinkled it with parsley on top. I next layered the meats and cheese. (I used salami and ham for the meat and mozzarella cheese). Once I had done all of that on both pieces of dough I rolled them up, sealed them, put them on the pan, and brushed them with egg wash. I cut slits in the top and sprinkled salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and some dried Italian seasoning. I baked them for 25 minutes. I cooled them and served the Stromboli. They were marvelous! This is one of the best recipes ever!

(The hot chocolate syrup is optional). I first whisked the dry ingredients together. Then I mixed the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. I combined them together and heated my pan. I then cooked the pancakes and served them. They were so good! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe This is a creamy luxurious recipe that will impress, but is really not very difficult. I enjoyed it and so did my family. I started by putting oil in the pan. I added the shrimp, salt, and pepper. I cooked the shrimp on each side for about a minute. Once they were cooked I set them aside and cooked the garlic and onions. As soon as it was a little browned, I added the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and basil. I mixed it and I simmered it for two minutes. When is was done I added some cooked fettuccine that I had made earlier. I topped the pasta the shrimp and Parmesan. I mixed it all together and I served it. It was SO good! I can't wait to make it again! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAvci-HWhZQ This is a simple, healthy and delicious recipe. It was perfect on bread for a sandwich and all of my family enjoyed it. I started by mixing the chicken, celery, dried cranberries (I didn't have dried cherries) chopped almonds, (I didn't have walnuts) and mayo, I did not have avocado mayo, but added salt, pepper, and garlic powder. It was so good! I recommend packing it for a tasty lunch! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping. My family loved it and I want to make it again soon. I started by putting the ground beef in the pan. I did not use the oil because the beef already had enough fat. I cooked the meat and I drained the fat. I added the onion, green pepper, and garlic. I mixed it all together than I added some diced tomatoes. I substituted the tomato paste with some more diced tomatoes. I next added the spices- dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. I then added in chicken broth because that is what I had on hand. Once mixed, I simmered it for 15 minutes. Next I added in spaghetti that I had cooked earlier and Parmesan cheese. I placed some of it in a square pan. I put some cheese on. (I did not add as much as the recipe said, just enough to cover the top). I kept on layering it until I got to the top layer. Then I did add little more cheese and I put it in the oven. It was absolutely amazing. I hope you enjoy the recipe as much as I did. Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyamNmvD2BY This one of THE best recipes for gyros. These were flavorful, and juicy and so good! I started by slicing the lemons (I did two because I was doubling the recipe) I next separated the lettuce leaves, cut the tomatoes and because I did not have fresh oregano I used 2 tablespoons (That is if you are doubling) of dried. I then discarded 2 teaspoons (Because I'm doubling) of oregano to a bowl. I next mixed the garlic, salt, hot sauce, and water in a bowl. I then added the meat and I mixed it all together with my hand. I next meat the tiniest bit of oil in my heated pan but I recommend none oil at all (The fat from the meat is enough) I added the meat and I flattened it out. I let it sit for around 5 minutes I then broke it up into pieces. Once all the meat was cooked I drained the fat into a separate bowl. And I added the meat to a serving bowl. After that I toasted some flour tortillas because I did not have pitas. I then made the delicious sauce I mixed the ingredients together in a bowl and I then started to assemble the gyros. I added some fresh cucumbers form my garden along with all the other things I prepared at the being. I loved this recipe and I hope you do to! Credits and Recipe: Thanks to my mom for helping.
