This is a wonderful recipe and great way to start the day! I love making this for breakfast and it could even serve as a great lunch. I started out by assembling and chopping up all the ingredients. Then in a bowl I mixed together the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, capers, dill, mustard, and hot sauce. I next stirred in the bell peppers and celery. Instead of whole wheat bread, I used sourdough, but you can use your favorite type of bread. I toasted a few pieces in my toaster and then put them on plates. I then rubbed the toast with the garlic, olive oil, and pepper. I spooned the egg salad onto the toast so it was covered and then topped it with a sliced avocado. Finally, enjoy!
